What happens when I open the app?
See a sample report and Try it now both open the app in your browser, so there is nothing to install. You sign in with a mobile number, which today is not verified by SMS or OTP. Choose Driver and an example trip and its report are in your list. New trips start with a demo clock switched on, where one real minute counts as two hours so a whole trip fits in a meeting. Switch it off for a real trip.
Why would my transporters agree to use this?
Because the report is evidence they can use. When a consignee questions damage, shortage or detention, the transporter has timestamped photos, seal checks, voice notes and gate times in one report instead of an argument. It also makes unpaid waiting visible: hours beyond the free time are recorded as detention. LoadKavach does not move or speed up payments; it gives transporters a record to settle against.
Will accounts payable and shippers accept this report?
That is up to each company, but the report is built to be quick to review: photos, times, seal numbers, flags and the AI's reasons in one place, with the AI-generated analysis kept separate from what people logged. It records facts and suggests actions. It does not decide fault.
What is a bilty cut, and how does LoadKavach help?
A bilty cut is a deduction made against a freight invoice, usually for damage or shortage. LoadKavach records time-stamped, located photos, seal numbers and voice notes at every checkpoint, so a transporter has a record to answer a deduction that the evidence does not support.
Can it work out detention and halting time?
Yes. Gate-in and gate-out are time-stamped at pickup and at drop, and the report shows the time beyond a free-time allowance, currently 3 hours at each stop, as net detention. It records hours, not rupees.
Which languages do voice notes support?
Hindi, Telugu and English. The AI writes the note in the language that was spoken and adds an English translation for the report. The person who recorded it sees the text and can correct it before saving. The app's screens are also available in English, Hindi and Telugu.
Do the people at the dock need to install an app?
No. The driver shows a QR code. Loading or unloading staff scan it with the phone camera, enter a mobile number and their name, and take their photos in the browser. The phone asks for the camera, location and, for voice notes, the microphone.
Does it work with no mobile network at the warehouse?
Yes. Photos and voice notes are saved on the phone and upload when signal returns. A voice note recorded offline is turned into text later.
Can drivers fake their location or upload old gallery photos?
Photos can only be taken live in the app. There is no gallery upload. Each photo is stamped with time, and with location when the phone provides it. A photo with no location, or an odd one, is marked for review. A phone's location cannot be proven beyond doubt, so the report shows flags instead of hiding them, and photos are fingerprinted (SHA-256) so a later change shows up.
Can a record be edited afterwards?
Not in the app. A saved step has no edit or delete. Each photo's SHA-256 fingerprint is chained to the one before, and the server keeps its own fingerprint of every photo and voice note it receives, so a later change would no longer match. Removing a trip from a phone clears that phone's copy only.
Is the report a verdict on who is at fault?
No. The report records facts and suggests what to check next. It does not decide fault or liability, and it says so on the page. The AI part is labelled AI-generated analysis, and the photos are the original captures. When the AI is not sure about a photo it says so, and a person looks.
Who can see the report and the photos?
Anyone who has the link. The report and the photo page open from a private link that is hard to guess but has no password, so share it only with the people who should see that trip.
